We are proud to offer international shipping services currently operating in more than 200 countries and islands around the world. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers with great value and service. We will continue to grow to satisfy the needs of all our clients, delivering a service beyond any expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you send the packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Europe and China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our warehouse in the United States are shipped via USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are places we cannot ship to. If you are in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages can be sent to you and you can get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide shipping tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you haven't received the tracking information in 5 days, please contact us.

My follow-up says "no information is available at the moment".

Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days to update the system with tracking information. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and you still do not have information about your tracking number, please contact us.

Will all my products be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you can no longer cancel.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reship for purchased products if:

• If you did no you receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including the 2-5 days of processing) you can request a refund or a return.
• If you received a wrong item you can request a refund or a return.
• If you do not want the product received, you can request a refund but the item must be unused. The return costs are at your expense.

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Auto Sale Land (eg not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .
• Other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Changes

If for any reason you would like to make a change to your product, for example a different size of clothing, you must first contact us and we will explain the procedure.

Please do not resend your purchase to us unless we ask you to.
