Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you haven't received the tracking information in 5 days, please contact us.
Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days to update the system with tracking information. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and you still do not have information about your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
