How to Use:
1. Shake and Fix It! Pro applicator completely with the cap on. Apply Fix It! Pro to the shaded area.
2. Prime the applicator on a separate surface. With the pointed tip facing down, PRESS AND RELEASE the spring-loaded tip on a surface until the tip is saturated. Protect the tip from sunlight! 40-50 pumps may be necessary to saturate the tip.
3. Apply alongside and on the damaged clear coat. Work quickly, Fix It! Pro cures in direct sunlight. Apply in temperatures above 55 degrees (F).
4. Quickly wipe off excess with a dry paper towel, as Fix It! Pro can cure quickly. Allow to cure in sunlight until dry (1-48 hours). Deeper scratches may require additional application.

How do you send the packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Europe and China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our warehouse in the United States are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are places we cannot ship to. If you are in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages can be sent to you and you can get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide shipping tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you haven't received the tracking information in 5 days, please contact us.
My follow-up says "no information is available at the moment".
Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days to update the system with tracking information. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and you still do not have information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will all my products be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you can no longer cancel.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reship for purchased products if:
- If you did no you receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including the 2-5 days of processing) you can request a refund or a return.
- If you received a wrong item you can request a refund or a return.
- If you do not want the product received, you can request a refund but the item must be unused. The return costs are at your expense.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Auto Sale Land (eg not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .
